Acıbadem Genetic Diagnostic Center provides well equipped and modern facilities for the diagnosis and prevention of human genetic disorders. The services offered include cytogenetic diagnostic testing and molecular diagnostic testing for prenatal, postnatal and preimplantation genetic diagnosis. Paternity, infertility, miscarriage, HLA matching, beta thalassemia, cystic fibrosis, familial mediterranean fever, fragile-X, Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophy, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, spinocerebellar ataxia, hemophilia A, hemophilia B, myotonic dystrophy, thrombosis risk, spinal muscular atrophy, phenylketonuria, alzheimer, breast cancer, colon cancers, medullary thyroid cancer, ovarian cancer, melanoma and leukemia are some of the conditions that genetic counseling and testing are available. Pregnancies have been obtained from preimplantation genetic diagnosis for HLA matching in thalassemia and leukemia cases.
